What messages you will receive

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from UR_BN Jewelers in the following categories:

• Updates on the status of a repair, including when your item is ready for pickup.
• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and changes.
• Follow-up about an item you brought in or asked us to evaluate.
• An occasional invitation to leave a review after your visit.
• Replies to questions you send us, and general customer service.

We do not send marketing or promotional blasts, sweepstakes, or third-party offers through this program.

How you opt in

We ask for your permission in person at the counter or over the phone. When you drop off a repair or bring in an item, our staff ask, word for word: "May we text you updates about your repair or purchase? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Our privacy policy is at urbnjewelers.com/privacy." Your yes is recorded with your contact information in our point-of-sale system before any message is sent. There is no online sign-up form, and consent is never a condition of doing business with us.

We only send messages to customers who have given us permission. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with us — for example, updates on an item you brought in, or a confirmation of an appointment you scheduled.

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by UR_BN Jewelers. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. To resume messages, reply START.

This program is supported by major mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Google Fi, as well as many smaller regional carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.

Privacy
